emission question

Is there any gain in performance when the emissions crap is all pulled off and all the vac. hoses plugged. I am going to be switching carbs on my 2 trucks this weekend - and was thinking of pulling all the crap out.

i pulled all my shit but make shure that u plug them back up right or it wont run right if it even will and i dont really know if it changed much its benn sittin in garage since cause im waiting for the bad mo-fukka

i pulled my stuff yesterday and i still got some stuff to take off but make sure you get a header or plug those 3 big EGR hoses with a 1/2 in plug with a hose clamp around it or your truck will be really loud and sick sounding and youll get exhaust in your cab

theres not tooo much performance change until you change the fuel pump cam iggy and carb then you will auctly get to see the difference
