I thought I would post a separate topic for this one.

Almost completed the wiring harness last night. Was working on marking and crimping wires til midnight.

I am hoping to do the fuel lines and electric fuel pump this weekend, if I have enough mulah to buy the ranger external pump.

I hope the ECU works. If it is fried, I will use the megasquirt kit from DIGI-KEY. Anybody has experience on megasquirt?

Here are some pics.

Yeah, it looks a little overwhelming, but it's actually not.
It is really simple, and it should look a lot better once the wires are routed and tucked in to proper locations.
All wires have wire markers and tagged for easy troubleshooting.

The ECU has 37 wires.
Air flow meter has 7.
Power supply and ground wires
Two main relays for power supply to ECU and injectors
One fuel pump relay
Engine sensors like engine temp, TPS, O2 sensor, atmospheric sensor
Injector firing is based on coil negative tach output.
No knock sensor since it's non-turbo.

The only problem really is the ECU. No way to bench test. I can only hope the ECU works.
