I have a 89 mazda thats my daily driver, I just bought it a couple days ago, i has sat since setember and I bought off a guy who never drove it anymore, anyways, randomly sometime a lot when I am driving I push in the clutch pedal and I dosnt come back up and I cant shift and it starts to die and dies if I dont give it gas. so at stop signs I have to let it die sometime, but it starts back up/

Could be one or combination of three.

1. Master cylinder leakage past seals.
2. Fexible fluid hose leakage located in firewall. Check for fluid under the dash above the clutch pedal.
3. Slave cylinder leakage. Pull rubber boot off the slave and see if fluid leaks out.

As far as idle dropping, that is because the clutch is not releasing while you are still in gear and coasting to a stop.
Do you shift while stopped? Then start the truck back up in neutral? If yes, it is just the clutch not releasing. Check the above 3 causes.
