I have a 89 B2200 and was wondering if anybody knew where to get a performance camshaft for Mazda trucks?

there are several places that i know of,
fastfreddy's offers 260 & 270 duration w/ .420 valve lift $338 w/lifters
colt cams in british columbia, not sure of their specs or prices
and on e-bay every now and then for $150-250.

most if not all are reground stock cams, that they send off and have reground. fastfreddy's sends theirs to delta cams in tacoma washington. a reputable performance /machine / head shop could regrind your factory cam, at least you know how you treated your motor, and aren't getting one from who knows where. lastly if you do get one i would suggest having it cryo-treated (@$75), this will strenghten the cam, regrinds are not the most reliable, they wear out, and can even break. i bought my 260/.420 from fastfreddy's, and i will have it cryo treated before my motor is completed.
