I recently re-did my head gasket and the truck wasnt running right so u had to rev real high so you could change gears, and slightly after i got the timing down and the truck rain smoothly, maybe once every 3 days id see a little bit of clutch fluid, then when id run the truck i could smell it burning when i was rolling at a steady speed.

I went outt o my truck 3 days ago tryed to start it and didnt press on the clutch at all, i sat my foot on it about to start it and it just went straight to the floor. i got out looked down and all the fluid was on the ground, i got a pic of what i think it is causing the problem but i cant get to it cause my school blocked photobucket.

sounds like the slave cylinder, the cylinder that pushed the arm on the clutch in & out on the side of the tranny. 20 bones should get you a new one from auto zone.

I agree. Slave cylinder is toast. One other thing you might consider doing since you now will have to bleed your clutch line anyway.. replace the clutch line with a braided stainless steel clutch line. They arent very expensive, but might be a bit dificult to find for this application. Also a good idea to replace the rubber hydraulic lines to your calipers and wheel cylinders (brake stuff, no direct correlation though.. just something good to do) with braided SS brake lines. This will make your clutch pedal and brake pedal travel feel far more consistant. Hope this helps. Cheers
