ok heres my question? how can chrome take down performance in a part, and armourcoat is just like extra life to a part it make sures it wont rust and it will be good for a long time.

my old man raced stock cars.. and from what he learned doing that and common sense....think about it...if the header has a rough surface the air will cool it faster and easyier...if the peice is chromed it wouldnt catch the air and wouldnt kool as easy...kinda like a golf bal moving thru the air, the dimp let the air circulate around the ball....i dunno it make ssense to me...lol but yea...so the armour coat is the chrome looking stuff??

THE CHROME ACTS AS AN INSULATION AND KEEPS THE HEAT IN THE PIPE,
THE ARMORCOAT IS CERAMIC AND DISSAPATES THE HEAT WHICH WILL LET THE ENGINE RUN COOLER WHICH = MORE POWER, I HAVE ONE TO PUT ON MY TRUCK WHEN THE ENGINE GETS DONE, GO TO MY GALLERY & THERES A PIC OR THE HEADER, YOU CAN POLISH THE ARMOR COAT + IT WON'T TARNISH LIKE CHROME.
