I have a 1987 B2600. I am installing a webber 610kit 32/36DGEV. Does anyone know how to tell if the fuel pump is working. I don't have the return or the fuel inlet line connected and when I turn on the key no fuel comes out. Does that mean I have a defective pump or could something else be preventing the pump from working. Something I disconnected when removing the stock carburetor or some safety device. What do I do with the return lines? I'm about to set this SOB on fire.

PS
Also there is a fitting that converts the fuel line into two inlet lines that went to the stock carb. Do I plug one of these? Shit I'm so frustrated I'm not making sense.
Someone please reply who has installed a Webber on a B2600.
A picture would be a lifesaver.
Thank you,

as for the 2600.. i'm no help.. but first make sure the fuel pump is getting power.. unless its engine driven. Check your fuel filters and make sure they aren't clogged. Finally plug the return and main fuel lines into their respective holes, with the gas cap on, and at the carb take off the main line into a little cup. Turn the ignition on and make sure ur not getting gas. Our gas tanks are not vented.. i don't believe (could be wrong on that part tho)

Where do you plug in the return? I also probably need to try to connect all the wiring that went to the emmissions stuff. I disconnected all that and thought I could just do away with it. Maybe one of those powered the fuel pump. Mullet I think I saw where you installed a Webber on your truck. What did you do with your return lines. Man I really appreciate your help
Thanks,

Well as for my emissions and eletrical stuff on my 2.2... it was ALL eliminated. The only vacume line i used was to my distributer. But I also have a mechanical fuel pump. I'm not sure where my return lines went... but i'm literally running out the door. I will however check today and get back to you this evening.

Man, I appreciate your help. Can you think of anyone who has a 2600/Webber combo. I'm calling webber back today to see if they can help.
Hopfully I'll have some good ideas and things to try by this weekend.
Thanks
