since he added weight to the rotating parts of the motor, if he took some off, he would probably notice an increase in hp., a lighter weight flywheel, lighter weight pulleys, if it has a motor driven fan ditch it for put in an electric w/ thermo controls, and like bigroy_80, get it more fuel via a new fuel pump injectors, fuel rail, and give it more spark w/ an upgraded ignition, and give it more air, larger intake , cold air kit some thing along those lines.

what all else is the machine shop doing to the motor? if they just bore it, and put stock pistons back in, and don't shave the head, you'll probably
get @ 100 hp out of it. while the motor is out get a fidanza 9.5 lb flywheel, it will compesate for the extra weight of the pistons plus some. the stock flywheel is like 29 pounds, so you'd be dropping @ 20 lbs off the rotating weight, it will let the motor rev up a lot faster. ditch the stock clutch fan, and put in an electric one, this will loose some more weight as well.

royal purple gas, or fuel additive? if you up the octane, you will need to adjust the carb or you will end up damaging the motor.

i wont havin the stock pistons, those will be brand new, all the new stuff will be: piston rings, pistons, valves, alve seal, head gasket, rods, bearings, timing belt, water pump, radiator, spark plugs, spark plug wires(mine were spliced..lol..my spark plugs concisted of stock mazda tips and after market wires off my friends s-10), uhh cleaning my carb, and i dont know if anything else, maybe a few other things

WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE PISTONS BEING STOCK, I MENT ARE THEY THE SAME COMP RATIO, OR ARE THEY THE STOCK REPLACEMENTS JUST 0.040 OVERSIZED? MAKE SURE TO GET THE PREMIUM RINGS...EXTRA INSURANCE FOR LONGEVITY OF THE MOTOR!

An upgraded radiator such as a dual core aluminum Would be a good idea. Make sure that baby stays cool.
