carb problems

i have a 1991 Mazda B2200 with a stock carb and my carbeurator will idle too high then sometimes it wont idle at all and i have to pump the pedal to keep it going. u guys have any suggestions on what I should do? thanks for all your help.

SOUNDS LIKE A TYPICAL MAZDA CARB, TRY HOSING IT DOWN W/ CARB CLEANER, & A LITTLE SCRUBBINS W/ A TOOTH BRUSH OR PIPE CLEANER.
IF THAT DON'T WORK, YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST THE IDLE CIRCUIT SCREW. ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR FUEL FILTER IS CLEAN, & REPLACE IT IF NECESSARY.
