If I swap my Carb engine to a F.I. with turbo do I really need to switch to a stand alone or if the ECM out of the F.I. Turbo donor car will work? Im trying to figure out this all because its frying my mind! haha

Will my stock distributor work fine?

If you find a donor turbo car, get all the parts you need so it will be stock.
You have to get everything including the wiring harnesses if you don't want to spend many hours of rewiring the components.
When I say complete setup, I mean everything from the air induction, wiring harnesses, relays and solenoids for air by-pass, fuel press regulator, intake manifold, etc.

From the workshop manual, the 87-89 626 turbo distributor feeds a signal to the ECU for the injector batch firing.
On the later models, I am not sure of the set up. You have to get a workshop manual for those specific years.

So If I get all of the wiring and ECm should I also get the distributor from the turbo engine too or will my stock one work?

Also what extra sensors are on the turbo motor that my stock B2200 does not have
