Can anyone take a picture of there crossmember in relation to their swapped engine. Can I mount mine this high put it behine it or what?

Maz, as I was saying in the PM you'll want to cut out your existing crossmember and build a new one that curves out around it. Lay your engine down so that the top of the oil pan is just an inch or so above your steering shaft.
If you use stock S10 mounts they'll line up almost perfect with the Mazda frame. Just attach the chevy frame side mounts and bolt it down!

maybe my problem is th 4x4 oil pan but I compard the 2 and they were pretty much the same height

i was going say, try a different pan, 2wd or astro pan, u still might have to modify the crossmember, like cut the top half off and plate it again, i dunno, my suggestion would be look for a smaller pan, then (if) when u do pull the cross member out, mount the motor and then see what u need to do the crosmember to make it fit.... just my 2 cents

Yeah Ill check one oute for an astro van the 2wd and 4wd were really not that different
