wow thats a little odd, i had to read the first part twice, but it make sence, always pulling fresh air into it,im gonna have to do this on my 4runner, that thing is a pig on gas and it really needs a tune up too, it fell on its face and wouldnt start, pulled off the dizzy cap, sanded the contacts and it worked, so im going to try this and let u guys know

Interesting, but I'm skeptical. I can understand how a more reactive chemical could act as a catalyst, but seems like it only help with vehicles with poor ignition systems. Modern vehicles should have a combustion efficiency of 97%.
What I don't understand is how fast ozone is generated. For those that don't know, Ozone is simply ionic Oxygen. Ozone is greated by high voltage, i.e, the distributer.
I have a hard time believing that a 3/32 line would deliver enough ozone to make a difference.
Also, the whole thing would create a small (unfiltered) vacuum leak. Could be a problem for speed-density systems.

If anybody wants to try it in the name of science I'd be interested in hearing the results

INTERESTING, WORTH A TRY, HECK IF A NEW $10 DIZZY CAP, AND $2 WORTH OF VAC. LINE CAN IMPROVE THE GAS MILAGE BY EVEN 1 MPG, AFTER A FEW MILES IT WOULD HAVE PAID FOR ITSELF!!

DOWN SIDE IS WITH THE VENT UNFILTERED, YOU WOULD BE DRAGGING DUST INTO THE DIZZY CAP, AND INTO THE CARB / ENGINE....IT MIGHT TAKE SOME TIME, BUT IT COULD CAUSE SPARK SCATTER IN THE CAP, AND DIRTY UP THE CARB / ENGINE INTERNALS.....

i found a link to it on a suzuki swift site...

they were discussing it, and some people were saying that the MPG could be caused by the engine running lean because of a vacuum leak (technically it would be)

might want to hook a volt meter up to the o2 sensor and make sure your not running lean
