weber 38

when putting a weber 38 on a 86 b2000 will it bolt right on to the stock maniford? Do you recomend getting a new one? just trying to get my truck to run good and faster im going to take all of the emision stuff off and put on the weber 38 and a header and maybe a different distributor if any one know where to get one and how much it cost thanks

As far as the cost on a Weber 38, I just got mine yesterday. Cost me about $425 w/shipping. It came with all adapters, linkage, nuts, bolts, etc. It was a VERY easy install. If you get this kit it bolts up perfectly on the stock intake. As for the emmisions... say to hell with em and get a weber! Just make sure you order one with a "kit" to dodge any problems you might have.

yeah putting a weber 38 on was by far the easiet thing I have done to the mazda! Took me about 10 mins to put it in. and that with taking the old one out. I think the hardest part was tightening down the nuts.

OK How much gain in power did ya'all gaiin with the 38's. and what about the mileage?
