are the older model 2.0 mazda and 2.3 ford intakes the same, the reason i ask is offy parts just shows one intake for the 2300 ford and says it also fits mazda. summit shows different intake for the ford 2.0 and 2.3. im confused and i prob just confused you to

DON'T KNOW, I NOTICED THAT TOO, CALL SUMMIT, THEY OUGHT TO BE ABLE TO TELL YOU IF THEY ARE ANY DIFF... THOSE OFFY INTAKES ARE GETTING HARDER & HARDER TO COME BY, I THINK THAT ONE OF THEM COMES READY TO PUT A HOLLEY 5200 ON W/O AN ADAPTER.. I WISHED THEY MADE ONE FOR THE B2200 ENGINES!

i got summit to call offenhauser and they gave them a completly different part# than any ive seen, but the one i ordered is one of there comp models

if you get the one that is ready to bolt a holley 5200 on to, airraid makes a carb spacer with the helical bore for using with that holley. i've been trying to find out if the bolt pattern is the same on the holley 5200's as a weber 38, if so i'm going to get one of the airraid spacers.

im not positive but i think if you buy a conversion kit for a weber you can upgrade to a 38 so it should be the same
and yes mine is for the 5200,i ordered carb and intake from summit the intake takes a few weeks to ship probably comes from offy

I'VE GOT THE REDLINE/WEBER 38 KIT, I JUST WASN'T SURE IF THE BOLT PATTERN IS THE SAME AS ON THE 5200....IF THEY ARE THEN THE AIRRAID SPACER WOULD WORK FOR BOTH!
AS FOR YOUR INTAKE, OFFY QUIT MAKING OR WENT OUT OF BUSSINESS A WHILE BACK, SOMEONE BOUGHT THIER CASTINGS AND ARE CONTINUING TO PRODUCE THE INTAKES ON A LIMITED BASIS.....IF THEY RUN OUT OF PRODUCTION RUN YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY DO ANOTHER RUN OR WAIT TILL THEY GET ENOUGH ORDERS TO DUE ANOTHER RUN TO GET ONE....I'VE SEEN UP TO NINE MONTHS WAIT ON OFFY INTAKES FOR OLDER HEMI'S & OTHER ENGINES AROUND THE INTERNET, HOPEFULLY IT DOESN'T TAKE THEM THAT LONG TO GET YOU YOURS!

while i was on the phone with summit they called the people at offenhauser and said it would ship in 3 weeks. they claimed to be talking directly to offy at least thats what the tech said.

thats kool, it would just sux to have to wait 9 mo for an intake.

the 5200 holley is a copy of the 32-36 webber. and i'm guessing the 32-36 share the same bolt pattern as the 38outlaw. if this is true then it will work the only thing i would worry about would be the bore size of the carb spacer

will this intake work on the B2200?
