Today i put on my pacesetter header, accel coil, plugs wires, and i was wondering if i can take off the emissions on the carb? and for it running to rich, is there a a/f mix screw? i had a 89 accord w/ carb and you can do it,
so what about with these? i just got the truck so i dont know much about it, i saw 1 guy say he did, i just want it a lil cleaner till i get the 5200. and where can i get the adapter for this carb?

another new trick i didnt see anything like this on here it might not have the clearence but anything can work with enough time.

a cold air set up for a carb, i had it on my accord before it died you just take an early 90"s i think civic stock airintake box and cut the bottom off hook it up with your stock airbox bottom and line everything up and then you add your pipe as needed ill try and find out what year civic exactly i cant remember. if anyone is interested.

since you got the new header, you can remove the recirculating pipes and just plug them off of the intake assembly. as far as a mixture screw, you really cannot adjust the stock mazda carbs. they are completely computer controlled.

i'd just hold off until you get the new carburetor

you can adjust the air/gax mixture on the carb. that will be the screw towards the top on the passenger side of the carb. not sure if that will help u at all?

and remember that one you take of the stock headers it takes much more for the carb to warm up when you start it.

CHECK OUT MY POST FROM QUITE A WHILE BACK

AS FAR AS THE VAC LINES I'D WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THE 5200 OR WEBER TO GET RID OF THEM, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO PLUG THE EGR LINES THAT RUN OFF THE OLD EXHAUST MANIFOLD
