Gunna be Baggin it Very Very soon, havent completely decided on when im swapping out the engine to something different, but i still want it to be drivable until i decide too...And Im upgrading wheels in the spring, as for everything on the leftside inner fender, Emissions, etc...What all can i get rid of from there along with Vaccum lines, etc and still have it run properly with a stock Carb? i know there's more on that size then just emissions, any and all help is appreicated, Thanks!

i wouldn't suggest messing with any of it if your gonna keep the stock carb as all of the vac lines & sensors on the inner fender well are ment to work together....if you do start taking them apart & doing a trial & error of pluging vac lines chances are it will adversly affect the engine operation....best bet is to leave it all there until you decide what your gonna do engine wise...if you keep a mazda engine, & either go with a weber or f.i., then you can get rid of 90% of the stuff on the fender well, except for wiper motor wiring & the wiring that goes the main fuse block....if you change to a v8 you could get rid of every thing less the wiper motor wiring cause chances are you will need to relocate the main fuses as a part of the new wiring harness.

Should i get the Stock wiring harness from the V8 donor? Also its Throttle body, How hard is it to change it to Carbed?

yes you'll need the harness....but if your wanting to change from a t.b. to carb you'll likely run into issues with stuff in the wiring harness that isn't needed for some sensors...also you'll have to probably have to swap out the intake manifold to run a carb.

If you decide to change it to a carbed motor then you would be better off just running a Painless Universal or hot rod wiring kit. With that you can just remove all of the origional wiring and start over fresh. Sounds like alot of work but it will be WAY easier then adapting your old harness.

If you stay with the fuelly then you need your stock harness and the new harness and computer and you basically just run 2 harnesses in your truck. One to run your basics and one to run the motor and fuel system. A little more difficult but do your research and you'll be ok.
