to start with i'll apoligize in advance if this has been asked i just don't feel like lookng through 14 pages that i cansee for the answer. my 91 b2200 decided to throw a rod out the side of the block, so now i'm looking into a smallblock, but for some reason the ultimate custons site is dead, does anyone know of contact intfo for them or another company that does gm motor mounts for a mazda, also how well does the shifter line up in the cab when putting a speed in(t5 probably), any help would be appreciated

Your probly gone have to make your one mounts. And also gone have to cut the tranny tunnel for the shifter then weld in the old hole. I would go with a SBF cuase thay have the Dis in the front were as the Chevy has it in the back and it MIGHT get in the way of the firewall and you have to cut it to fit.

The only thing that UC had lited for tranny use when I looked at the kit was an auto. I have not seen any pics with a standard used behind the SBC. They had recommended using the smaller 200-4R auto because it has a smaller case than a turbo 350 - 700R4 or 4L60E.
