I don't know what kind of fluid it needs either...

I haven't even figured out yet where I can check the level and add some, if need be...

Anyone?

Well to fill/check the fluid level theres a plug on the driver side of the tranny, kinda close to the top. take it out and stick yo finger in the hole, if you pull yo finger out and it has fluid on it then your full. Now if you wanna drain it then there another plug right on the bottom of the tranny close to the rear of tranny. Just take it out and drain.

i think you'd run 75w if you live in a cold climate & 80 w if you live i a warm climate....or it could be visa-versa, i can't remember tho....it is same principle as you would use with regular motor oil....

Yup, thinner in cold climates and thicker in warm climates...

That's why I use 10W30 weight in the summer and 5W30 in the winter.
