i would like to know all of the things that i need to do for thr t-ll swap. ive heard many things and was wondering whats true. mainly the transmission bellhousing issues. if theres anyone here with a functioning swap could you give me some advice, and maybe pics??? thanks

so i asssume that no one here is capable of doing this swap.

the swap is fairly simple, just need the motor mounts off of the rx-7 and the trans mounts, if you are able to move the motor back far enough you shouldnt have to get your drive shaft motifed, but this all depends on if you have an ext cab or a reg cab. ive done two swaps with the 13b motors and there was nothing to it really, but i did build a new drive shaft.

Is this an easy swap with an extended cab? I found a turbo II at a junk yard local to me that is complete.

yeah all you have to do is change the mounts and get a driveshaft made for the ext cab., get rid of the two piece

dang it... custom drive shafts arent cheap.

i do have an extended cab, so i can use the stock drive shaft? im also thinking of using the indy rear diff off of the T-ll also. i have an 87T-ll engine tranny and rear diff with axels. cut the 2200 mounts off and add the rx7's? sorry i dont know anything about this, im probably going to ask a million questions.

can be done. the mechanical part is easy..not much fab. ... but the wiring is a little tricky..yea driveshaft isnt gonna work no matter what ya got in your truck its gonna have to be one off..whatever you say about the bellhousing i dunno i used the rotary tranny its much stronger than the b2200's ....getting the rear diff to work is as easy as 5 bolts.. but it does require back halving ya frame...this swap isnt for the feint of heart....honestly i wish i had put a supra engine in it instead...
if you want a good engine check out jspecautosports.com awsome people to deal with ... impuse also had done this rearend swap so ask either of us any questions you got..heres a link to some picks ,

oh yea. you got to fab a tranny crosmember too

are you swapping a smoky stock mazda engine for broken apex seals? LOL

I don't know much about the rotary swaps, but it is an option for something I'd like to do to my own truck. Unfortunately I already have a new motor sitting in it.
