Another carb/header question.....

Okay so i have an 88 b2200 with a automatic transmission, i looked into the pacesetter headers and they all say not for autos. but even with the automatic would i still be able to get a weber carb? any help would be appriciated! thanks

Pacesetter will fit an automatic but u have to flatten the last tube a bit so it will clear the tranny flange on the automatic.Weber will fit and work on an automatic just like it does on a manual.Automatics work on vacuum and hydraulic pressure to shift plus electric overdrive so carb has nothing to do with it.BJ
