is it worth it to swap in a 87 rx-7 12a carbed rotory in to my 2600i I have a great deal going on a 87 the whole car for 500 bucks any input would be great and am I able to turbo it with out heavy modification.

An 87 should have a 13B in it not a 12A, but yeah do it. Im building 1 for my datsun & when I get done with that 1 there will be a TII rotary swap goin in the B2600i along with an RX-7 rear.

do it man im doin one right now....its not rocket science.. but then again its not a cake walk either..make shure yer engine is good too

No, do not! If i understand correctly, the 2.6 motor in your truck is very similiar to the 2.6 in the Dodge Conquest/Mitsubishi Starion!

Snoop around on and other sites for more info on the motor. I think it's just a head swap; plus the obvious stuff like intake/exhaust/engine harness and ECU.

You wouldn't have to change motor mounts/trannys, etc.!

yea, the 2.6 motor(g54b) in your truck is basically the same motor in a starion/conquest. with a little work you can swap over the turbo stuff and all that and make it work. like oddball said check out that site, it will help you tons if you plan to go this route
