i am running .035 on my ngk plugs. i can't remember right off hand what the coil is but it is an aftermarket coil, supossed to be a hotter coil...?

i just got an accel superstock (pn 8140) it says with it you can run a leaner mixture or larger gaps because the more powerful spark wont blow out. i used to have my gaps at .047 and it idled smoother but lacked power one of the plugs even had gas on it when removed but with stock gap it went away (but idle got rougher). i havn't installed the new coil yet but the sparks seem weak with new champion copper plugs, and new bosch 7mm wires. spark gap is obvoiusly a huge deal for power in these engines!
