Depends on how full your piggy bank is.About $1 large to rebuild a 2600i plus 750-800 for a new head if ur's is really cracked. If u do the swap urself and have access to all the equipment u need plus know what ur going to swap in,used engines that are good swaps (4.3 v6,350 chevy,Kia Sportage 4's, Merkur 2.3 turbos,302 Fords and all the other weird stuff )are probably $1 large for the engine plus u will need a fuel management system and a tranny or adaptor, etc.etc.Maybe $2 large not counting the labor or help u will need plus the specialty parts like exhaust systens that have to be fabbed. Some guys here have spent a lot more and their trucks are still not finished..Hope this helps.BJ

you wouldn't be talkin bout me would you bj haha!

what bj said is tru, just depends on how much moulah you are willing to
spend, what kind of space / tools you have at your disposal, & how much time as well....you could probably find another 2600i engine at a yard, or importers for $1k to $1500, maybe cheaper, but any of the others and you run into other mods to complete your swap...
