AC pump help

hey my ac pump blow up and i use it as my compressor (ghetto but it works ,well it did) now i cant find one for my truck so i want to know if any other mazda ac pump will fit (323, 626 ,ford probe) my truck is a b2200 1993 with a 2.2L

what kind of pump is it, a circular one, or a york body style.....if it is circular then get a sanden like a 509 and make somebrackets up, I have run my 507 for 3 years now at 170 psi with no problems, and if it ever breaks I can get another from an early 0's chrysler for 25 bones and modify it for like 10 more to be an air compressor.

but no one knows if any other 2.2L ac pump will work

i have an 90 2200 with a stock ac pump for my engine driven, run it at 160 psi with no problems, bought it reman at auto zone for about $70 i think, are you running an oiler to your compressor? if not thats most likely why it crapped out on you

I don't run an oiler to my sanden....I do however run the oil on the high side and check it weekly, and use royal purple compressor oil, or 40 weight, depending on the temperature....
