thanks for the replys guys, it may take a little bit to get these manifolds done, just bear with me as i am doing all the r&d myself. i am hoping to have one done in a month or so, just depends on my work schedule.
i have only one issue i'm still trying to figure out on this setup. the dcoe's don't have input for vaccum advance off the dizzy so it is either re-curve the dizzy for mechanical only timing, or figure a way to pull advance from the manifold, only problem with coming from the manifold is, that @ idle, it would be pulling full advance, and at wot, it wouldn't pull any at all....
bass-ackwards of what it needs to do. i have heard of drilling & tapping the carbs, but damned if i want to drill into a perfectly good carb!
please keep in mind, this is just the manifold, depending on what i come up with on the vaccum thing, this will either require getting your dizzy recurved or if i can find a way to source the correct vaccum off the manifold, you will just need 2 weber 40 or 45 dcoe's, the linkage, and a choke cable...i got the two carbs, linkage, and a syncrometer (for tuning) from racetep for right @ $900, and a choke cable from summit for $6.....
i will keep everyone posted, and as soon as i get something together, i'll post up pics
