pacesetter header ques.

how come it says that it wont fit auto trans b2200s? does it still fit?

here is a pic of my armorcoat header for reference.

it will fit the auto tranny, the thing is the bellhousing on the auto trannys are larger, and the short piece that comes with the header (has o2 bung) that attaches to the collector won't work. you will have to fab a piece with a bend to clear the bellhousing.

im pretty sure u can just cut off that little bit of the bellhousing

how bad does it hit the housing? like flameds10 sed, how much would i have to cut off to clear?

from what i understand from some of the guys with auto trannys, it isn't much, but i'd bend some pipe, before i cut the bellhousing any....cheaper to bend the pipe than it is replace a cracked bellhousing!
