Don't. get a fidanza flywheel, cam port the head, do a dual sidedraft conversion, rx-7 lsd and change the gearset, so many things you can do that wont keep costing money.

And yes I have used nitrous on a few of my vehicles, and I loved it, and it works great, but the constant bottle fills.

As long as the bottle says Jack Daniels instead of Nitrous Oxide u will be ok.One sure way to grenade an old truck is to screw around with nitrous.Lots of cheap hp until u blow an engine.Lol.BJ

Tweaker,bless his heart ,has this thing about us speeed freaks and our trucks.Lol.OK FOR THE 11TEENTH TIME-CHEAP PERFORMANCE.gO TO A JUNK YARD SEE IF U CAN FIND A 70S-80S fORD 4/6 CYLINDER CAR with a Holley 5200 series carb.Rebuild it rejet it and yank the stock Nikki off and put a Holley on.It will fit the manifold and u can lose ur pollution crap.Buy a good upgrade ignition like an Accel that will give u a hotter spark,Install 1 range lower heat plugs.Set time up to 5 degrees BTDC and run 89 octane fuel.Change ur tranny and diff to sythetics.Do a good tune up with MAZDA OEM wires etc.After all this u may pick up 10-15 hp and will improve ur fuel economy by 2-3 mpg.Beyond this u will spend major bucks for not much return .If not worth the time and effort-do what Tweaker suggests and keep ur truck stock and put 300-400 k on it and brag to ur grandchildren.Lol.BJ

ah, but i can't resist.....if you want to run some juice, you better have the bottom end built (i.e. cradle & 4-bolt main), and even then, no more than a 50-75 shot.....even with a cradle, and the mains tapped for 4-bolts, you would want forged pistons & rods, other wise, you'll end up with a rod thru the block, or a piston grenading on you
