I have an 86 626 turbo that i am building right now for my b2200 and was wondering if there were universal high flow injectors out there that i cant seem to find or if there are injectors from another vehicle that would work
i am pretty sure the 86 626 uses the same type of fuel injection setup as the fuel injected trucks
thanks

need bigger injectors?
The ones in a stock 626 are probably 220-240 cc's. Try some from a turbo 89-92 626/mx-6/probe, they are 330cc and should fit. Or get some from a turbo rx-7 86-92- they are 550cc!

Correct.
I was unaware of what EMS he was using to comtrol the fuel injectors' duration. For all I know he is running MS? He just stated he wanted higher flowing injectors, I provided the answer.

i am running the stock ecu out of the 86 626 turbo i purchased for $200...i am having the hardest time finding .020 over pistons for it...the machine shop i took the block to told me that it would clean up a .020 but they couldn't find pistons for it
I know i can get forged pistons from Paeco performance for $430 but damn im on a budget...i dont want to spend that much on pistons if i dont have to
I checked autozone, advance auto parts, and online and they show that they carry the pistons but when i order them they send me an email back a day later saying that the pistons i ordered are unavailable
I am goin to call NAPA today and see if they can get me the pistons i need
I may be able to get standard sized pistons from advance or autozone but then i would have to buy cylinder sleeves also, but if this way is cheaper wth!

Also i want to know if it would hurt running non turbo 626 or b2000 pistons...i know that the b2000 and non turbo 626 comp ratio is 8.6:1 and i believe the 86 626 turbo is 8.0:1
is there a way to run this setup if i get a thicker or thinner copper head gasket to lower the compression ration back down
or would the 8.6:1 pistons work...because me and my dad are stumped with the piston problem
any help will be greatly appreciated because my truck has be out of commission for about 6 months now and i really want to get it back on the road to drive and drag

ok ill have to look into that...i was wondering if the pistons from the 2.2 would work because they are the same bore size but would the stroke of the 2.2 have any effect on the 2.2l piston like as in height of the piston? or where the rod connects to the piston?
