? about ignition

ok its not a mazda but my friends focus will not start and i was wondering if any of yall might have an idea of what it could be. it wouldnt start when she left work so she had a friend jump the car. went to auto zone for new battery. car still didnt want to start. the altinator is charging so its not that. i told her it might be the ignition switch, yall think it could be that? could it the starter? i dont know, yall??

who is the friend? is it just clicking? if the starter isn't turning then there you go. there are many things it could be. is it getting fuel, is it turning just not turning over, i guess i really just need to come down there. how many miles does it have and has the fuel filter ever been changed? you know how those peeps are in hempstead. haha.

well son of a bitch!!!!!! it was the alternator after all hahahahaha!! its myda she just got this car last month. i was working on it today and fucked with the alternator, that wasnt it. scratching my noggin i checked the fuel pump, thaty wasnt it, so i was like fuck it we push started the car let it run took the positive cable and boom, dead!!!!!! so yup it was the alternator after all
