Im pretty much lost, The mazda has been running like a damn champ untill today.

When you go to depress the clutch pedal to take off, if you barely let off the clutch pedal it trys to take off. This is definatly not normal, sometimes it trys to keep rolling and driving when the pedal is fully engaged. I just put a brand new slave cyclinder on it, so im thinking the pushing is binding or the spring is? anyone have a similar problem?

try rebleeding the slave cyl sound like an air issue

either air issue, or your bearings on your clutch are no good

i also have a clutch problem i have to at least step on it twice to get it to go to first gear. Why is it doing this help would be greatly appreciated.

flush the system first. and add new fluid. bleed.

I have re-bled it at least 3 times, the throwout bearing on my clutch is brand new.

I guess I will pull the slave cyclinder off to check it make sure no defects are visible and i will re-bleed it one more time.

mine did that though it wasn't consistant like that, i changed the hard line from the master cylinder to the rubber hose on the slave cylinder it was $2 for a new piece seems to be fine now but i don't drive it that often. may be worth checkin out.

One other place to look would be the amount of free play on the rod that connects to the clutch pedal and goes inside the clutch master cylinder. On the 86-93 models it is adjustable. Free play should be zero to minimal. Have had similar problems and most involved air in the line.
