Hi everyone,

I just recently put on the pacesetter header and 2" exhaust (removed the cats) and installed the Weber 32/36 (Redline K675). It really woke the truck up, I had the fuel pressure regulator set at 2psi and the carb tuned like the directions said and it was running like a top until yesterday. The truck was almost out of gas so I went and filled up, drove it home and parked it for a couple of hours. When I went to drive it again it fired up like normal but half way down the driveway it died and wouldn't start until I set the regulator at 3psi. It will only start and drive at 3psi but even at this setting it will start to buck and backfire almost like it is getting gas/not getting gas/getting gas etc. Has anyone else experienced anything like this before, I am just looking for possible things that could be wrong. Oh, I did install a new fuel filter when I did the carb swap (last tuesday). I appreciate any and all input

Thanks

Grant

The only thing I can think of is you got really low with the gas in the tank and the pump might have sucked up some crap and it is some were trap in your fuel system. but hey just my 2 cents.
