I have an 87 b2200. I need to replace a broken rocker, and can get a complete b2000 mechanical assembly for $20. I know that it's almost a bolt on, but do I have to do anything with the oil supply? I know the head gaskets are different, but my headgasket is new and so are my valve seals, so I just want to bolt the rockers on and go. OK - Simple answer...go....

so, take the valve cover off, change the rocker arm, put the valve cover back on and your good.

Swap all of the rockers off the 2.2 for the 2.0 rockers. Then you'll have to adjust the valves, but dont use 2.0 clearances, mine are about a third of what mazda wants for the 2.0. If you need more info let me know

I will say this when I used the 2.2 cam with the 2.0 rocker arms they do have a small tick that can not be adjusted out cause the run up on the 2.2 cam is different than the run up on the 2.0. They have the same duration just different run ups.
