Help: Swapping from Carb To FI

I am planning on swapping a fi motor into a original carb truck.. so my question is has anyone every done this b4? and if so any input or pictures would be great

Be sure and get the computer that goes with the FI engine.BJ

ya would you be able to just leave the carb engine and swap from the intake on, not forgetting computer,sensors,etc.?

Sure.There is no difference in carb and FI engines except for fuel management.BJ

Don't forget the fuel pump & sending unit! I bought a parts truck that the guy tried to do the swap, but he forgot the pump and sender, and I can't seem to get the parts to finish the swap :S

alright thats wicked think im going to do this swap i just bought a 93 b22 as a parts truck on top my 90 b22 which is my lady

any more pointers or has anyone exactly full completed this? just want to know what kind of obstacles im about to face

i'm wantin to do just the opposite. fi to carb... 2.6 engine tho. just take my intake off and switch to a carbed intake?

you will need a tank too i think, I have the pick up coil thingy and computer and intake sensor for a small fee if needed and some other misc parts
