black house off distributor

ive been told on my 87 b2200 the black house coming off the vacuum thingy on the distributor isnt needed but what is it supposd to really connect to?

its your vacuum advance yes its needed

so what does it connect to all ive been told is passenger side of the carb that could be anywhere

are you talking about the noise suppressor??

naw the one off the distributor vacuum advance so iv been told diagrams with colors shows it T with same colors and crap confusin

give this a try

bought truck was told head gasket needed to be replaced so replaced it and now waters contained in the head but leaking so took off again and looks like head or block is not crack prolly just warped so vacuum lines on hold and thats the diagram thats confusing
