what does everyone do about there brakes if they go to a v8 swap. are there bigger brake kits or anything like that. what are some options. thanks

im guessing you could get bigger rotors and brackets for your callipers, but i mine are all stock, except i did all steel braided lines. expencive as hell but look killer, plus there really flexable. go to google and find the willwood brake website. they make tones of brake kits for custom hot rods and other rides...

it all depends on what suspension you are running. If its the stock mazda, best of luck looking for a big brake kit. Id say swap to a 5lug or some sort and see what application will work for it. That would be the easiest way to do a big brake kit

so the stock brakes can manage with the v8 in it. or have you really driven it enough to find out. thats more so what i want to make sure is that with a v8 in there its not gonna have to much trouble.

my buddy has a 327 in his.. and he has stock breaks.. its fine.

in my old mazda I had a 350 it had all chevy suspension
