Dont shoot me.........
Im running those AIM bags in the front of my truck for now. When summer is over, I plan on upgrading to Airlift Gen II bags. A buddy of mine just put them on his Hardbody and they are slimmer laid out and get about an inch or so more lift. The only problem I see with them is they use a band to fasten the bag to the metal plate. Suicide Doors says that if they blow, then Air Lift will give you a new bag at no charge with no questions asked. Im runnin the SD front kit which seems to be doing well, cept having to trim everything down.

slam bags are suppose to be the same width as firestones...difference is that the slams stay that same width, while the stones expand...which makes the slams popular for small clearances

Mark.. good call.. just came on to say the same thing.. after some more research. Jason.. those bags are from my old setup.. i upgraded everything about 4 months ago. I know 2 of them are decent.. but the other one was blown for sure. Preasure test them.. put a compression studd in there and step on the bag.. if it hisses.. no good. There urs if they work.. but u will prolly want new bags.

i made my own brackets out of 4x4 1/4" tubing. and use 4ply conti's. never had a problem. there is some company that makes tubulars for the mazda so im goin to check them out. this will get rid of the strut rod

thats a very good idea. when i got my truck i was 300 miles from home picking it up and blew a bag. i wished i had one on hand. instead i used a rolled up newspaper to keep me off the ground. that was a long bumpy ride

I just ordered a set of SS RS62 bags for the front today and should be here next week at the latest. I will see how well they work and let everyone know.

By the way, they will be used with SD front kit and a flipped ball joint on 17" wheels with 205/40/17s.

sweet.. let us know how it comes out. Jason, its good to hang on just for that reason.. i mean pratically everynoe in town is running firestones.
