its a york 209?? anyone know and how do i measure to make sure its full

i use 50/ 50 mix of gear oil and compressor oil, gear oils thicker so it wont blow into the lines as easily. empty yory takes around 14 ounzes of oill if its mounted vertically

good call.. and make sure u run a water seperator between your compressor and tank.

Do you guys just pull these yorks off of semi's at wrecking yards? If so what york do you think is best?

You can get them off of old cars such as old chevys and older fords.. they used yorks, just have to switch the clutch and pulley.

ideallly you wanta york 210, go to it has everything you could possibly want to know about yorks on that site
