What size shocks for 3" blocks?

I reciently found out how important shocks are. I dropped the back 3" with blocks and threw out the shocks because they wouldn't bolt back up. but now my ride quality blows. what size shocks do I need to get so I can have the quality back. thanks for all input. Neil

why wouldnt the stocks bolt up

if you just put 3" blocks in it you can run stock shocks. if you remove leaf springs too, you will need shorter shocks
