I was lookin around at work last week about this, any 90s model aerostar has timken wheel bearing part numbers set 6 for inners and set 2 for outers

Mazdas, at least my 93 has set 5 inners and 30205M outers.

The dimensions of the bearings are as follows:
Set 6 - 1.25" ID 2.325" OD
Set 2 - 0.75" ID 1.78" OD

Set 5 - 1.374" ID 2.562" OD
30205M - 0.843" ID 1.968" OD

So I don't see how this would work. Maybe give more explaination. I did find that a 95 model Ranger used Set 5 inners and set 2 outers. So the same inners as a Mazda and smaller outers, so you could get the spindle milled down to accomodate the ranger hubs. But a bolt on option would be awesome. Please, someone, post up anymore info that you know of. I'll look into more sizings of aerostars tomorrow at work. I work at autozone so I have access to measure all kinds of wheel bearings haha

I have personally tried this swap in a junkyard from an aerostar van right to a mazda truck, and it is WAY off! Unless there are different years where they are made differently, or some machining involved- this is not going to work-

yea, didnt think it would work. Is there enough room in a 95 ranger hub to machine it out to fit the mazda outer bearing in?? Either that or machine the shaft down to fit the ranger bearing on the spindle. The inners are the same
