What parallel are you talking about that you can keep your gas tank? I would imagine it would have to be 1 in dom tube with heim joints

someone posed disadvantages of reverse 4 link which in fact thats what im running

I can see about the stress part but what are the disadvantages

I think an advantage with a reverse is if u want to raise ur gas tank and keep it in the stock location you dont have to worry about ur bars hitting it or being to short and having a insane yolk change as in it raising ur yolk to high

well my trucks a little more complicated and different and i felt not many people do a reverse and i think it looks alot more cleaner and not as clustered ill get pics asap

The KP 4 link sold by centerstagecustoms is recomended to run on the outside of the frame rails which allows u to keep your gas tank in the stock location, but you will have to raise it about 2 inches in the rear. As for the disadvantages on the reverse 4. In simple terms ur pushing ur 4 link instead of pulling it, so more stress and preasure on your link ends and bushings. Which can result in a messed up frame or torn bushings. But if you do bag over bar like listed above or a true cantileiver which hasn't been shown, then you can get crazy lift and, if you know how to properly fit 2600lbs bags in front, then you can gain more lift there as well.

you said air...but didnt specify what equipement that uses air

do they seriously have air line going over the bed side and then connecting back under the fender?

What in Gods name is that? Being new to this, those look like neumatic cylinders...?

A lil more stress on the bushings etc, again another very valid argument.

Can someone post pics of the cantalever setup? I'd really like to see that.

I want a nice ride, Lift enough to get me clear of obstacles etc and every reverse 4 link i've seen if the bags are in the right place you get nice ride, and good enough lift with not that much modding of the gas tank etc and if you get your pinion angle right they say there should be no extra wear on everything. i want stock height so i can get insurance. I'm hopeing that when i get this thing finished i can just pull in to the insurance place and have it a stock height with no serious outside mods, stock grey.... etc and with a tonneau cover on the back covering my 4 link (if it pushes the floor of the box up, or if theres a little hole in there )
I want them to think it's normal. well normal enough because i've heard insurance hits mini's hard these days (up here in canada at least)

hey do yall know nething about putting a blazer gas tank in the back where the sparetire cross member used to be and if it will nhang too low if i dont cut out the bed???
mullet   +1y
what year blazer? I know the 95 and up blazers all you have to do is run a crossmember w/ angle iron or something and sit the tank in... and its small enough to fit between the floor and the ground.. but it also depends on size etc.

i'm Still thinking reverse 4-link. Canti looks REAL nice, but i can't even fathom how to set that up.
