adjustable air shocks

ok i have a question. i know it has been asked and im just tryin to get more answers by sayin the qustion different. with stock shocks as well as others like toxic drop shocks, gabriel and all of the others: do any of them come out of the box ready to put on our trucks and start adjusting with like a tire valve or anything like that or do you have to get a brand new set of shocks and drill thru them and do it that way (run a air bag system with shocks replacing the bags) or do we have to buy short shocks that we cant adjust? any help is great for me and others. thanks - fanninator

you can buy air shocks... most come with 1/8"-1/4" line with a valve stem like a tire, you can deflate it or jack it up at a gas station... or hook them up like bags
