I started welding the bag mounts friday then my welder ran out of gas. I forgot they closed at noon on saturday so I had to go today and get my tank filled. Here are some pics below. Don't mind the lowes air line set up this was just so I could raise the rear to finally move the truck out of the garage if I need to.

Hopefully tomorrow I am going to put my new bed on for a test fit and make sure everything looks ok. I still need an air tank, a crap load of fittings, hose and shocks but it's getting there. I ordered a blazer gas tank to put under the rear so it should be here this weekend then I'm off to the metal place to get some more steel to make my shock bar and gas tank mounts.

make sure you put a crossmember going from bag bracket to bag bracket, or from c notch to c notch so you dont run the risk of ur frame flexin or bowing in on ya

but other than that it looks good man just please put that crossmember in there

I actually used an extra drain petcock I had for my air compressor. It's a very ghetto set up but like I said it will work for now. I'm not going to be driving the truck with this crap on there I just needed to be able to raise it up so I can move it around. The place I ordered my blazer gas tank form sent me my money back and said they were out of stock so I need to look for another one. I'm going to test fit my new bed hopefuly tonight then I need to order some shocks and weld the shock bar in. For not having a clue what I was doing I'd say it turned out ok soo far.
