well ive been lookign around for a shop to do this.. n i get roughly quoted 3 times the price for install/parts as i would to just out right buy the parts. what im wondering is.. how hard is it.. like is it common sense when doing this. i know of a few people willing to help, but to my understanding none of them have bagged a truck b4. i can weld pretty decent, not the best looking but hey, thats what a grinder is for. my main worries is the 4 link.

This is a really really hard decision.. and only you can make it. I have stated before that its not as easy as many people make it out to be online.. because when it comes right down to it.. your reading posts about this from people whom you have for the most part never met... you can't site online forums on an english paper for the same reason you can't 100% trust what other's oppinions and instructions are. I did however start where you are... so i guess i'm contradicting myself.. take it how you want it.. but if money is avalible.. i say let a shop do it. And be careful.. just because a friend or someone you know has done it before dosen't give them the skill and abilities to bag yours.

also don't let the 4 link scare you i cld walk you thru an easy sey up if need to be.... the main thing is the strength of your welds

ahhh mullet always summing it up for everyone,

most people who bag there own truck with little expierence can get thru the whole baggin and plumbing and wiring part

EXCEPT

for the welding the 4 link, cutting the frame and notching thats always the prob

my welds arnt the prettiest..but i do trust them.. also isnt that what a grinder is for? lol imight also we willing to travel.. if its more reasonable.. the shop here in canada wanted close to 5g's

but thats for fbss 1/2 line/valves 2 5gal, 2 450's layingframe, relocate anything in the way, moving my gas tank, forward 4 all fittings line etc.
