What backspacing would be needed to tuck a 20x8 wheel on a bodydropped mazda truck?I am keeping the 6 lug setup also.

i am fretty sure its a 6.5

but there are more problems then back spacing to get it to lay body

So i hear...but it can be done.

oh yes it can be done

no 6lug 8inch wide wheel out there has a backspacing of 6.5inches, you'd have to get them made

thta's why ppl just typically go 5lug

you can only shorten the control arm so much until an 8inch wide wheel starts hitting shit lol

Actually im going with billet specialties wheels so they will be whatever backspacing i need.Im not much on chrome.I just like the look of polished billet. To bad they are so freaking hard to keep clean.

you can also z the frame for more clearance.

but yea i thought i heard 5.5 on a 8.5" wheel but i could very well be wrong

if you will keep a thin layer of wax on them, they won't be soo hard to keep clean, better yet polish them out real good, and get some clear coat sprayed on them.
