where did it unbolt at, on the control arm or the adjustment bolt?

either way, first step would be to jack up the truck and put it on jack stands...and just screw the bolt or bolts back in

ONCE YOU HAVE THE TRUCK UP ITS EASIER TO GET ANOTHER JACK HAVE ONE PERSON JACK THE BOLT UP THAT WAY YOU CAN START IT RIGHT

put the truck on jack stands, next you will need to mark the splined end (end attached to the control arm) of the t-bar that is still attached as a reference so you will know where to put the one that came off. then unscrew the adjusting bolt of the one still on the truck making sure to count the turns until it comes loose. now put the the one that came off back into the splined receiver on the control arm making sure that it is the same in relation to the one still on the truck. now start screwing the adjusting bolts back up to the same amount as when you undid the one still on the truck.
this will help keep both sides the same. not too hard, i did it on my truck several times. good luck!
