Is it alot of extra work to fit one of these upfront?

Not to my knowledge. Slams are suppose to be thick ass hell and stiff as hell too. So unlike a firestone which expands in diameter and height, A slam only expands in height.
I dont think they rs72 anymore. It was replaced with the re series.

yeah I knew they got skinner as you put pressure in them but they are still alot bigger than the re62's. I have the 72's on the back of my nissan but I was wanting to put the 72's on the front of the mazda and wanted to know if it was alot more work to not make it worth it to put them in there.

you'd have to cut into the frame prolly 3/4 of an inch so that it wont rub the spindle. but you can do it, several ppl run firestone 2600s in the front no rubbing

what u do is u can get a peice of quarterinch thick tubing prolly 4inch in diameter and trim the frame 3/4in at the furthest point of the radius, and slap that tubing in there, so you have a round notch on the side of the frame, should be enough to clear a 72
