Front Crossmember

Hey,
Well im baging my truck, hopeing to lay frame...now i noe that the cross member his before anything....now what can i do to skip the whole drage through it deal, there has to be something to replace it so my truck will lay full frame....what is "z"ing the frame?? anyone have pics of that being done??...i have drag blopcks im mounting to that crossmember, but i want my truck to lay hard....any help??

i've got my frame on the frame table right now and that x-member hardly hangs low, im not sure what im gonna do with it yet, but might just drag thru it when it comes time.

easiest way is to just drag thru it its like less than 1/4" from fram hitting if u lay it out on its nuts it shouldnt take no more than a 1 min drag

so i just drag through it?? so my frame will start to drag before i completly screw the cross member??

if you continue to drag the front with out laying out the back you'll drag right through the bolts holding the front crossmember in place or worse your lower control arm bolts

I just dragged mine till the frame hit tonight was a wonderfull night it has been
dragged down a road that is known to have undercover 50 and nothing happened
dragged my front crossmember behind the publix by my house and picked up 2 reflectors and now my truck lays flat frame

lol, so if i lay out the whole truck and drag for a while it will let me lay my truck out flat, but if i drag just the front end it could possibly fuck me in the ass? lol

ill look for the profile on ssm but this guy dragged through 90% of the bolts and half his lower control arms. its pritty scary yet cool to see.

that's probobly the pics of my crossmember you are talking about, lol.
