Heres the problem I am having. I was measuring today so I could order my rear shocks. I have right around 11 inches of suspension travel in the rear . In this styling concepts magazine I got the other day there is a chart for custom length toxic shocks. They only have 1 pair of shocks listed that have 11 inches of travel. I am planning on running my shocks like this / \ at an angle so should those be ok? I am still new to this stuff so I want to make sure I do it right. Is it ok to run the shocks at that much of an angle? The way it measures out the mounts will be about 4 1/2 inches from the frame on the axle and the uppers will be 17 1/2 from the frame on the shock bar. It will probably be just fine but I wanted to have some other opinions before I went and did anything.

I personally think it looks alot cleaner when the shocks arent attached to the axle. I would mount them off of you lower link bars and have them run to a mount on a frame. This way you dont have to buy a huge shock and really u could make any shock work this way

Yea I didn't think about doing that. I will measure some more and see if I can make that work. The only problem is my bags are on the bars so they might be in the way.
