well im gettin rid of the balloon/tractor tires for some lopros. my question is...will these fit? sumitomo htr200s with the size of 175/70HR14 fit fine and everything? thanks -bf

what do you mean by "fit fine and everything"?

how much is your truck lowered right now?
...and i wouldnt really consider a 70 series tire to be low profile.

same here....45 and lower is low pro in my eyes....70 series is major balloon

the sidewall of a 175/70 tire is 4.8 inches while the sidewall of the stock 205/75 tire is 6.1 inches.

you are getting a 1.5inch drop when you install those tires. and you are also adding a 1.5inch fender gap.

that tire is .1inch taller than a 205/40-17 tire. just for some references

that is a VERY small 14inch tire

and that tire is SCARY skinny, may be too skinny for the stock mazda steelies.

i'd recommend atleast a 195 tire. 195/60 is about .2inches smaller than that 175/70, but atleast it will fit the wheel width wise

i looked at that. it wsa around $10 per tire. so being that your in KY, i doubt it will be much more...

???? The difference between the 2 is only 1.3". So it'd be .65" lower with .65" more fender gap.
