Alright my truck has slowly started leaning real bad on the front driver side.
so today i jacked it up which is a bitch cuz i dont have a jack low enought to actually get under the truck but with two jacks i can get it up anyway i tightened the bolt on the driver side and kep t dropping it down and jacking it back up till it looked even to me. And then i cruised around for a good half hour to make sure it didnt go back down got to my friends and looked and it still looked even maybe dropped a couple cms but not even. Then me and my guy drove out to another one of my guys house which is like a 45min drive on the highway by the tme we got there it was dark and i didnt really look or anything figured it was fine. left there like three hours later and drove back dropped off my friend and went home pulled into my driveway which has a motion floodlight got out walked to the front and my trucks leaning just as bad as before.
Im just sitting there like wtf it was to dark t actually look underneath but what can be causing it to keep dropping back down? do i need new torsion bars? or is there some way i can fix this hopefully cheap cuz im kinda short on money right now thanks.

jack it up again and check for cracks on the torsion bar. check suspension components and make sure nothing is bent. and check the key mounts, may be it is bending?

can't really think of anything else

If u have adjusted them multiple times and havent been careful to get them REAL tight u may have stripped the splines on the one on the low side.Take the bar all the way off (be careful) and inspect the splined end.If it is worn down,u will need to replace it.BJ

alright im a do that before i go to work tommorrow thanks

yea, i'd say check the spline where the Torsion bar connects to the engine x member and lower control...maybe the spline inside there is stripped and keeps slipping, because when you crank up or down the Torsion that puts pressure on the bar, and actually twists the torsion to give the truck its height, just like a spring, but if its stripped or somewhat stripped in that case you'll just need to replace the Torsion bar like he said...no biggy...post up some pictures if you can.
